With a goal to engage festival attendees, Basecamp reached out to SS&H to create an interactive space that echoed their brand. We designed a campsite to serve as an actual base camp for music-lovers to "refresh, regroup, & recharge". A laser-cut wood sign acted as a beacon, encouraging people to activate and share the space with social media, utilizing #BASECAMP. Lounge chairs and grass furniture offered a place to relax in the shade and a giant bonfire took center stage, but the purpose wasn't for s'mores. The bonfire held a secret power source and was outfitted with iPhone and Android phone chargers that were available for free use throughout the 3-day festival. The space was a hot spot for music lovers all weekend long!
